Mr. Berger is the Broker for the firm. He has been in real estate virtually his entire life. He started his professional career in the hospitality industry as C.H.A. (Certified Hotel Administrator) where he became the director of operations for multiple hotel franchises. While working with a private syndicated investment group he continued to venture and gain his expertise in multiple applications of investment properties and management. In the past few years he has honed his skills by investing in single family homes and rehabilitating them for rent or sale.
