A leader in his field, Executive Managing Director Al Petrillo joined Newmark’s Industrial and Logistics Services division in 2020, bringing with him more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience.
Prior to joining Newmark, Al had served in various senior, financial, strategic and operational roles with Savills, including as an executive vice president, chief financial officer, chief operating officer, a member of the real estate investment committee, a member of the board of directors, a member of the executive committee of the board of directors and as a board member for the company’s real estate funds. Throughout his career and prior to the Studley merger with Savills, Al was very active in the growth and development of the company. During his time there, he made a significant impact on the firm’s bottom line; took a leadership position in recruiting, mergers and acquisitions; and oversaw improvements to the business platform and operations. Al’s responsibilities encompassed all aspects of strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, operations, finance, tax and treasury.
