Ahron Sussman is a Capital Services professional with Ariel Property Advisors. In his role, he is responsible for debt and equity placement, with a focus on multifamily and mixed-use properties, along with retail and development projects.
Prior to joining Ariel Property Advisors, Mr. Sussman worked as a Senior Loan and Equity Consultant for Chambre and Company, where he specialized in bespoke advisory services. While there, he was responsible for debt and equity placement and arranged a wide variety of financing on transactions up to $100 million for a diversified portfolio of investment properties.
Mr. Sussman began his career at Eastern Funding Union, where he specialized in commercial mortgage brokerage and was responsible for new business development alongside, working closely with the firm’s president. In this position, Mr. Sussman worked closely with commercial real estate owners and developers to assist in the purchasing or refinancing of a wide variety of properties, built relationships with more than 200 lenders, banks and financial entities, researched market trends and also collaborated with the company’s equity and banking divisions.
