About
Ahmed Kabani is the First Vice President Investments - Senior Director and a member of the National Hospitality Division in the Marcus & Millichap Miami Office. In his 11 years working in the industry, Ahmed has commanded relationships with an investment pool of over 1,000 of the Nation's most prestigious and active hotel owners, investors, REIT's and Private Equity groups. From 2010 until today he is among the top 10 producers nationwide for the Marcus & Millichap National Hospitality Division, and has closed hotels with Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Choice and Wyndham, in addition to other independent hotels.
Ahmed is involved in various community activities, receiving the Florida Gandhi King Ikeda Award for Building Peace and the Distinguished Community Service Award from the Asian American Board of Miami-Dade for this service. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Tourism Management from Florida International University. Apart from hotels, Ahmed has advised and sold land development in Miami from top developers. Most notably, Ahmed plays an active role in promoting and advising tourism and hotel development through arranging the Annual Hotel Investment Forum each October.
