Joining Millenia Partners in 2022, he works under Luciano Medeiros where he has learned a variety of different skillsets related to the commercial real estate industry. Since joining the company, Adrian has assisted in over $14 Million in transactions. Prior to joining the company and doing commercial real estate, he was in sales and studying Business Management at the University of Tampa. Adrian has always had a passion for real estate as his family is in the business. He likes all aspects of the business, especially being able to help business’s who are trying to grow. Adrian assists and manages Retail & Restaurant leads for Luciano and his Team. One thing that differentiates Lucianos’s team from the others, would be Adrian, as he not only speaks English but Spanish diversifying their Team in all aspects of CRE.
