About
Adele Huang is a First Vice President in the Midtown office of CBRE, the world's largest, full-service commercial real estate firm. Prior to joining CBRE full-time in September 2013, Adele held summer internships in the hospitality and real estate industries. She served as an intern on the Hospitality Lending team at GE Capital Real Estate in Washington, D.C. where she was responsible for reviewing loan packages, analyzing hotel operating statements and generating cash flow pro formas. Before that, Adele served as a brand marketing intern at Wyndham Worldwide where she researched social media strategies to develop a marketing plan that distinguished Days Inn from its competitors. Adele also completed a Food & Beverage rotation program at the Loews Madison Hotel in Washington, D.C., gaining valuable, hands-on experience in hotel operations and management. Adele attended the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University where she minored in Real Estate. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
