As the Executive Managing Director, Real Estate for Green Holland Management, Adan is focused on the sale and capitalization of all property types including industrial, office, multifamily, mixed-use and development throughout the northeast and southeast United States. His current responsibilities involve business development and acquisition sourcing, helping clients strategically solve problems within their portfolios as well as developing plans for their assets. During the course of his career Mr. Elias Kornfeld has completed or participated in over $800 million worth of investment sales transactions. Prior to joining Green Holland, Adan was Vice President of Meridian Investment Sales where he focused on sales and financing within the greater New York City area. Earlier, Mr. Elias Kornfeld was a member of Colliers International’s New York Capital Markets & Investment Services team, led by Richard Baxter, Yoron Cohen and Scott Latham, where he focused primarily on the sale of institutional assets in the office, industrial and development sectors in Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs.
