Adam Russ joined Berkeley Capital Advisors in 2015 and specializes in the underwriting and sale of street retail centers throughout the Southeast. The BCA Street Retail Team focuses entirely on shadow-anchored, multi-tenant outparcels, street retail centers, and specialty shop retail typically falling in the $2-$20M range. Prior to joining BCA, Adam led the Investment Services Group for Colliers International in Charlotte, facilitating the acquisition and disposition of office and industrial assets throughout the Carolinas, where he was consistently recognized as a top producing broker in the Charlotte market. Adam is a 2007 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Clemson University.
