My passion is logistics. Prior to joining the firm, I worked in the logistics industry for 10 years. With my focus on industrial real estate, I still attend many of the same conferences as during my time in the logistics field. Transportation “drives” real estate and I have found that issues in this sector eventually impact industrial real estate 1.5 years later – what I like to call “The Rule of 1.5.” I have spoken across the country for various organizations including: the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), twice as the keynote speaker for the Will County Real Estate Forecast, series keynote speaker for the DePaul University Student Real Estate Organization (REO), Chicago Industrial Properties, CoreNet and the Logistics Development Forum. I have also been engaged as an expert witness for an intermodal development in the State of Illinois.
