In 2002, Adam D. Rose founded Rose Commercial Real Estate, a leading commercial real estate firm located in Marlton, New Jersey. As President, Adam plays a key role in all facets of the company, from strategic planning and marketing to business development and client relations. He is actively involved in the sales and leasing process as well as investment evaluation, using his 30+ years of industry experience, skills and knowledge.
After graduating from The American University in Washington DC with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Adam embarked on his career in real estate, becoming a licensed realtor in 1988 and broker in 1995. In addition to his professional responsibilities, Adam Rose is both active and committed to his community. He has served on the Executive Board of Directors of Jewish Senior Housing and Healthcare Service, an agency of the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey, and on the Board of Kellman Brown Academy, a Solomon Schechter Day School.
