Adam has leveraged his intimate knowledge of the city and his vast local network in his 12 years of working in residential real estate. He has successfully closed multi-million dollar sales and purchases in condo, co-op and new development buildings and townhouses throughout the city. He has also represented landlords and tenants on rentals in various neighborhoods throughout Manhattan.
Adam received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. Not only does he have extensive experience with the business side of residential real estate, but he also has expertise in design aesthetics, helping clients to see a property's potential by advising on interior design, staging and layout. Thanks in part to his degree in Fine Arts and the influence of his father, a prolific painter who had exhibitions at the most renown museums in the city, including the Museum of Modern Art, Adam has the rare ability to bring each property to life for his clients.
