Adam joined Cushman and Wakefield in 2017 as a Director in Retail Brokerage for the Brooklyn and Queens Market. Mr. Malitz comes from Lee and Associates, where he served as a Director in retail leasing, focusing on landlord and tenant representation throughout the five boroughs. Prior to his position at Lee and Associates, Adam worked as a Senior Account Manager at Next Street, a merchant bank and consulting firm. In addition to his work in commercial real estate, Adam is active in civic engagement initiatives throughout New York City.
