Adam began his career in real estate as a principal investor analyzing and acquiring various investment properties throughout the United States at the Bechtel Group, one of the world’s foremost construction, engineering, and project management companies. While climbing the ranks of Bechtel, Adam’s roles ranged from project and materials management to contract coordination. These multi-billion dollar projects took Adam across the globe in an array of sectors including commercial, government, nuclear, oil & gas, communications, renewables, and real estate development.
To date, Adam has transacted over $500 million in multi-family real estate alone, totaling a unit count of nearly 10,000 units.
Graduating near the top of his class, Adam completed his Bachelor of Business degree at Michigan State University’s globally #1 ranked Supply Chain Management Program while adding a minor in Information Technology. He is currently a candidate to attain his CCIM designation.
