Adam Foley is a Senior Associate with the CBRE Bay Area Multifamily Investment Properties Group. He specializes in helping clients with the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties and land development opportunities throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Since joining CBRE he has been involved in representing clients in the acquisition and/or disposition of 3,500+ apartment units representing more than $960m in transaction volume. A Bay Area native, Adam played varsity tennis at Bellarmine College Preparatory and graduated Cum Laude from Santa Clara University with a degree in Real Estate and Finance. Adam is an active member of the Santa Clara University Alumni Association, Urban Land Institute, NAIOP Developing Leaders Program, and is also on the Board of the Housing Industry Foundation BLI.
