Adam began his career with Marcus & Millichap as a commercial broker, establishing relationships with some of the most successful real estate owners. He spearheads the acquisition and deal valuation activities of Progress Realty Partners, overseeing the transaction process from first glance to closing. Prior to PRP, he was the Head of Acquisitions at a boutique private equity firm in Central New Jersey, where he was a major catalyst in pivoting them from a local Private Equity firm with less than $15 Million under management, to a well-established, regional investment group, successfully closing more than $300 Million in transactions. Adam utilizes his finance background to get a full grasp on the economics of each asset and implements ultra-conservative underwriting practices to ensure minimum risk, as well as steadily increasing returns for PRPs partners.
