Abraham Garza specializes in multifamily, land and other commercial brokerage services for institutional and private investors across the country. Since 2009, Abraham has been involved in more than 600 multifamily transactions with a total transaction volume in excess of $5 billion. He has more than 25 years of diverse experience in land development, and in assisting clients in real estate investment opportunities. For the first half of Abraham’s professional career, he was involved in the acquisition and disposition of nearly half a million acres across the United States. Abraham is now recognized for his expertise in identifying investment opportunities as well as assisting clients in the marketing, selling, and purchasing of investment properties including debt and equity throughout the country with an emphasis on Texas.
