As a current student at the Marshall School of Business and Sol Price School of Public Policy, I have developed a large understanding of both the Development side of Business and many other key fields like Management, Finance, and Operations. This was not a surprise at all due to my upbringing from my parents, my mother having built her own business from the ground up to my father being a Commercial Real Estate Broker. Growing up I always went to the office with my father as early as the age of 15 to try and understand the vast field of Commercial Real Estate. I instantly grasped the basics and have kept growing since then. Developing a large understanding of the field I quickly passed the Salesperson License test in October of 2022 at the age of 19. I have recently been working under MIG Commercial Real Estate Services where I have been building relationships with clients, evaluating properties using a variety of valuation approaches, and presenting clients with value proposals and offering memorandums.
