Mr. Rosenfeld has extensive expertise in providing financing solutions to commercial real estate owners, developers, and investors throughout the United States. With over 15 years of experience, Mr. Rosenfeld has been involved in the financing of over $5 billion in real estate debt transactions. Prior to the founding of AANDAR Real Estate Capital, Mr. Rosenfeld was a Senior Vice President with Walker & Dunlop in their capital markets division through the Deerwood acquisition, which Mr. Rosenfeld was a part of since 2012. During his tenure, Mr. Rosenfeld was a senior member of the team and closed more than $4 billion in transactions. Before Deerwood, Mr. Rosenfeld worked in-house for two real estate developers, Lincoln Equities Group, and Tryko Partners, and was responsible for the acquisitions, underwriting, and financing of over $1 billion in real estate transactions nationwide and abroad.
