Aaron Johnson joined SRS in 2020 as managing principal of the Investment Properties Group (IPG) in the Dallas/Ft. Worth office, focusing on multi-tenant assets in the South Central Region.
Experience
With more than 18 years of experience in retail real estate, Aaron has a distinguished presence in the investment sales arena to the central region, and strengthens SRS’ capital markets capabilities across the nation. Most recently with JLL Capital Markets where he was a director for their retail investment advisory team through the HFF acquisition, he focuses mainly on the North Texas market and the southern U.S., and has been a key contributor to more than $5 billion in transactions throughout his career. He has broad experience with all types of retail assets including neighborhood and community centers, lifestyle centers, power centers, and enclosed malls.
