Aaron Giles has been with K Giles LLC since 2016 focusing on multifamily real estate development, and currently serves as a Principal with the company. He also holds an Illinois Brokers License and has been active on the investment brokerage team at 33 Realty giving him experience on both the development and brokerage sides of the Real Estate industry. His experience includes development project work and sales within several different asset classes including high density multi-family, adaptive reuse, single family homes, land development, and student housing in different markets across the country. Aaron participates in every phase of the project from the initial entitlements and financial underwriting, to construction management and exit strategies.
