About

Mr. Eshaghian represents investors and developers in connection with the acquisition, financing, syndication, leasing and disposition of a broad range of real estate projects. In addition to his general real estate work, Mr. Eshaghian focuses on real estate projects involving the use of tax credit-based financing. Mr. Eshaghian received his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in Business Economics and History from the college honors program at University of California, Los Angeles in 2009, and his Juris Doctor in Law, with a specialization in Business Law, from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2013. During law school, Mr. Eshaghian held positions at various organizations within the real estate sector. Mr. Eshaghian clerked in the Housing Department of the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, worked in the in-house legal department of a regional real estate investment and management company, served as a summer associate for a local real estate transactional law firm, and was a member of UCLA’s inaugural class of the Real Estate Law Clinic. Through these experiences, Mr. Eshaghian has attained the foundational tools to better meet client needs.
