Aaron Aziz

Aaron Aziz is the Principal Broker of Avenue Realty Advisors (ARA). Mr. Aziz has been involved in several brokerages of all different sizes and has experienced all types of transactions, whether it be a new tenant joining the market or a flagship tenant expanding to multiple locations.

Mr. Aziz, a graduate of Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business, where he majored in Real Estate Investment, has extensive knowledge and experience in the commercial real estate field due to countless landlord and tenant connections all around New York City.

Having been a representative of both the landlord and tenant sides, Mr. Aziz is constantly advancing his skills and experience, ensuring a happy client every time. He has been involved in transactions in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, The Bronx, Staten Island, and Long Island. He has a detailed insight on the current office and retail market trends as well as thorough knowledge on NYC’s commercial market as a whole. He is focused on serving as the matchmaker between tenant and landlord while maintaining constant professional attention and advisement to each client. Mr. Aziz is currently exclusively representing over 1 million square feet of commercial office and retail space in New York City and is continuously working to expand the firm’s portfolio.
