Danny’s experience over the past fifteen years as a commercial real estate broker includes the disposition of all asset classes, with a concentration on the Industrial and Value-Added sector. This concentration includes multi-asset portfolios, anchored shopping centers, flex warehouses, land NNN assets, CBD office buildings and large development land parcels. In addition, he has successfully worked with special servicers on the disposition of distressed assets with involvement in over $500 million in commercial real estate transactions.
As a former owner and operator of a ladies’ garment manufacturing company in the Wynwood area, Danny understands his clients and their priorities.
