FHP specializes in: the location of facilities and sites for corporate clients; representation of buyers, tenants, sellers and landlords; the acquisition of value-added commercial and industrial income properties for investor clients, and office-warehouse development on behalf of our investor clients. A proven track record involving millions of square feet of completed lease and sale transactions, based on many different types of transactions from single buildings to large portfolios. We form long-term trust-based relationships with our clients and we are dedicated to providing whatever support we can to help our clients achieve their long-term goals.
