ACRE Housing PE - ACRE manages a series of vertically integrated private equity fund vehicles, focused on value-add, lease up multifamily and built to rent properties across the United States. The strategy seeks medium-term capital appreciation and current income through control-oriented investments. ACRE Credit - Targets multifamily credit opportunities, consisting of income-producing loans at attractive risk-adjusted returns. ACRE Credit Fund makes private credit loans to experienced and institutional grade borrowers secured by well-located stabilized, value-add multifamily, affordable housing, mezzanine debt, preferred equity. ACRE Special Situations - ACRE Special Situations originates investments that sit outside of our discretionary fund vehicle mandates. Current investments include a Korean asset manager, an institutional build-to-rent multifamily platform in the United Kingdom and a ground up development of a master planned community in South Florida.
