Permits have been filed for a new commercial building at 126-87 Willets Point Boulevard in Willets Point, Queens. The location is south of the intersection of Willets Point Boulevard and 127th Street, close to the Mets-Willets Point subway station.

The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development is listed as the owner behind the permit applications. The proposed development is a five-story, 100-foot-tall building, with a total area of 500,000 square feet designated for commercial use.

Usage and Amenities

The building is designed to accommodate various commercial activities, including a restaurant, office spaces, a lecture hall, a commercial kitchen with dining room facilities, and retail spaces. Additionally, the structure will feature three loading berths and provide parking space for 43 vehicles.
