Tyler is an investment sales broker at NAI Partners specializing in professional office, medical office, and industrial properties. In his first three years of commercial real estate, Tyler closed over $100 million in transactions ranking him among the fastest starts in the industry. He and his team have quickly become market experts for private client sales. Tyler believes the key to his success is focused on taking a team-oriented approach to help service the project at hand.
As business quickly reached capacity, Tyler co-founded the McCullough–Jaynes Investment Group. A team of likeminded individuals who strive to provide the highest quality representation for private owners of office and industrial properties throughout Southern Nevada and Austin, TX. Each team member plays a pivotal role in meeting client’s expectations.
Tyler has a hard-working and collaborative approach to his business, built from his years playing college football at Baylor University. Tyler graduated from Baylor earning Academic All-Big 12 football honors 4 years in a row, and played a role in one of Baylor’s Big XII Championships in 2014.
