Steven is a Senior Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has ten years of experience in the commercial real estate and finance industry. Steven focuses primarily on providing investment services to clients within secondary markets in Texas, as well as being
responsible for the surrounding states of Arkansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Louisiana. He is responsible for business development, investment advising, underwriting investment transactions and marketing for multi-housing dispositions. Throughout his career, Steven has been involved in more than $4 billion in sales volume.
Steven started at HFF in July 2016 as a Director. Before that, he was an investment sales broker at ARA Newmark, now Newmark Knight Frank, where he focused on multifamily sales in secondary markets, as well as Dallas/Fort Worth. Prior to that, he worked as a financial analyst for ARA Newmark.
