Nick started at Marcus & Millichap in 2012, specializing in leased investment properties in San Diego County. Prior to The Totah Group, he served as the Senior Financial and Real Estate Manager for Comprehensive Educational Services, managing over $35 million in annual revenue. As an investor in principal real estate himself, Nick intimately knows both sides of selling and buying office and retail properties – allowing him to provide his clients with optimal positioning in the marketplace, both locally and nationally.
