Megan Thompson joined NorthMarq in 2019 as part of the company’s investment sales expansion into Atlanta. She brings nearly 20 years of multifamily investment sales experience as a member of the Atlanta-based multifamily investment sales team, actively involved in all aspects of the sales process. Throughout her career, she has been involved in more than $9 billion in commercial real estate transactions ranging from value-add to core assets.
Previously, Megan was with HFF-Atlanta for 15 years as senior director-multi-housing investment sales where she assisted clients with the capitalization and dispositions of their assets.
She graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science. She’s a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina, a licensed associate real estate broker in Tennessee and a member of the Real Estate Group of Atlanta and Urban Land Institute. In the Atlanta area, she actively volunteers with JDRF.
