Jason Nettles joined NorthMarq in 2019 to help build the company’s investment sales platform across the Southeast U.S. With nearly 20 years of experience in multifamily transactions and more than $9 billion in transaction volume, he uses his extensive market knowledge of multifamily assets and the ever-changing transaction market to advise clients on capitalization and disposition decisions.
Prior to joining NorthMarq, Jason spent 15 years with HFF, where he specialized in multifamily investments, investment advisory and equity placement.
Jason has an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship from Florida State University. His designations include Broker in Charge in Georgia, Principal Broker in Tennessee, and an Associate Broker in Alabama. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, NMHC, the Atlanta Apartment Association, and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
In the Atlanta community, he actively volunteers for the Atlanta Food Bank and Habitat for Humanity.
