I have always loved working with people and I truly enjoy the opportunity my job gives me in helping individuals. I was originally introduced into real estate back in 2002 when I obtained my mortgage license. Then in 2004, I was offered the position working for a strong condo developer as a closing coordinator in the City of Coral Gables. But in 2008 when the market crashed I was reassigned to be a leasing consultant for the developer''s unsold units until 2012 when project faced bank foreclosure. I pursued on getting my real estate license and decided on focusing on the Coral Gables area since it was what I knew best. Since then I have been fortunate to meet many interesting individuals that soon became clients. I truly enjoy the art of finding just the right property whether it is a condo or single family house. In many occasions I find properties that are simply not even listed on the Multiple Listing System by doing the old fashion door knocking. It gives me a chance to talk to individuals in the community directly and present my services on a face to face manner.
