Malina is a member of the JLL South Florida Retail Advisory team and is responsible for landlord representation and tenant roll outs throughout the South Florida region. She is well versed in developing retail strategies for shopping centers, urban retail corridors and group up, mixed-use development projects from her time at Frontier Development, where she aided in leasing and site selection for retailers such as Starbucks and Wawa. She has worked across multiple markets throughout the country, focusing on emerging trends and facilitating the movement of concepts from one region to another. Malina graduated from Florida State University where she earned a degree in Finance and Real Estate.
