A detailed strategist and skilled negotiator, Larry brings an extensive resume of financial services clientele to Avison Young that includes professional investors, private equity, insurance, and foreign bank space occupiers. Larry began his real estate career as an Associate at Gronich & Co. where he became the firm’s youngest partner, prior to its 1994 merger with Grubb & Ellis, a national real estate firm, where Zuckerman was an Executive Vice President. In 2012 Grubb & Ellis was acquired by Newmark Knight Frank where Larry transacted for a decade before joining Avison Young.
