TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Ken serves as Senior Vice President for Healthcare Advisory Services in San Antonio, Corpus Christi and New Braunfels, Texas. He has overseen the agency leasing and property management of approximately two million square feet of medical office and ancillary buildings located on or near ten hospital campuses. Ken also provides tenant advisory services for healthcare institutions and independent medical groups. Included in his portfolio were eight medical office and ancillary buildings owned by Baptist Health System and outlying clinics and service centers throughout San Antonio and surrounding communities. Long-standing clients included Tenet Healthcare Corporation, Peripheral Vascular Associates, Colony Northstar, Emerus and Velocis.
