Justin Sturdivant is a Regional Managing Director for Franklin Street’s Nashville office, serving as the market lead while continuing to work with clients in retail investment sales. In his leadership role, Sturdivant focuses on recruiting and growth to build Franklin Street’s presence to provide fully integrated, tailored client service to clients in the Nashville region. Sturdivant takes a holistic approach to working with clients, helping them consider all angles and options throughout their portfolio’s life cycle. By utilizing timely market data and relying on his nearly 20 years of experience, he helps clients maximize value on their investments. Whether buying, selling, refinancing or leasing, Justin’s clients call him first to discuss the opportunity and set a strategic plan. Sturdivant has successfully closed 266 transactions totaling more than $694 million and has received multiple sales awards throughout his career. Prior to joining Franklin Street, he worked for Marcus & Millichap most recently serving as First Vice President. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Jacksonville University.
