Josh successfully owned and operated a brokerage business for the last 28 years and negotiated sales contracts, new leases and redeveloped shopping centers as a partner. He had acquired over 300 freestanding retail and industrial properties nationwide.
He redeveloped a vacant 250,000 square foot shopping center in Harrisburg, PA and built a new Giant Foods Superstore. He represented the owners and liquidated two Dillard’s stores in Waco and Midland, Texas. He represented a client and leased 100,000 sf warehouses in Allentown, PA, Savannah, GA, Houston, TX and Fontana, CA.
