As a vice chairman with Newmark, Jeremy Ezra possesses strong expertise in representing retail tenants in markets throughout the U.S. Based in New York City, Mr. Ezra focuses primarily on assisting retailers in their strategic expansions both regionally and nationally.
Mr. Ezra has represented Adidas and Reebok in several high-profile national lease transactions around the U.S., including flagship stores on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan and on the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica. He also arranged Reebok’s U.S. flagship store in Union Square and Adidas’ first Brooklyn store, as well as the SoHo relocation of the Originals brand to 115 Spring Street.
In New York City, Mr. Ezra is the exclusive representative of Chick-fil-A and has assisted the fast-food chain enter and expand in the market. To date, he has arranged eight leases in Manhattan, including four in Midtown and one each in the Financial District, Upper East Side, East Side and Columbus, as well as the first-ever Chick-fil-A in Brooklyn.
