Jacob Serure is a Miami born native with a background in sales since the age of 18. Serure began his career in the real estate business in 2000. Prior to real estate, Serure ran the family business for several years consisting of retail shops and a wholesale company. Upon exiting the family business, Serure entered the real estate business as a realtor where his focus was brokering record breaking sales along Biscayne Blvd - Edgewater area, warehouses in Wynwood, and retail and office/storefront buildings in the Miami Design District. Soon thereafter Serure successfully established a company consisting of two facets: (a) real estate sales and (b) acquiring properties as a principal/developer. As a result, Serure has been awarded on his excellence in sales from several real estate companies (Arvida Realty, Coldwell Banker, Remax, Metro 1 Properties). Serure has brokered deals in all areas of Miami: Miami Beach, Little Havana, West Brickell Ave, North Miami, Overtown, Wynwood, Liberty City, Biscayne Blvd, Hialeah, Coral Gables, Hollywood and more.
