He is responsible for identifying new sources of inbound capital to the US from around the world thus establishing relationships with Pan-Asian and European Family Offices, International Investors, Global Brands, Developers, and Institutional clients providing services ranging from owner representation to advisory services, investment sales, and 1031 exchanges. In 2017 Kessler joined Marcus & Millichap after brokering the sale of the AMC Village 7 Theater located in Manhattan for $32,250,000. Subsequently, he has traded over $100 million in CRE transactions, including the sale of the Gosman's Portfolio in Montauk, NY for $34 million.
