He specializes in the sale of Triple Net Leased Properties on a national level while also focusing on all Retail in the Pacific Northwest. Since 2014 Hank has sold more approximately 200 properties valued at nearly $500,000,000 while representing franchisees, corporations and private investors. Most of Hank's transactions involve 1031 exchanges and therefore he is an expert in successfully completing the exchange per the IRS guidelines. Hank manages The Wolfer Group which includes Carson Breshears. Together, they focus on all retail with a special focus on quick service restaurants, auto parts/service, childcare, dollar stores, drug stores and some medical uses.
