Fred is a senior managing director of the Boston office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, including investment advisory and finance. He is primarily responsible for originating debt, structured finance and joint venture transactions throughout the northeast United States. Over the course of his career, he’s completed in excess of $10 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Fred started at HFF in 1979 when it was known as Fowler, Goedecke & Co., a predecessor of HFF.
