Best-in-class amenities are definitely a focus, with increased outdoor options including outdoor workspaces and even outdoor conference rooms, especially in California and other West Coast markets. For example, a client executive now takes 65% of his meetings outside. Also, a variety of video and 3D capture technology like Matterport — a global partner to Cushman & Wakefield — are being used to tour and showcase space to clients anywhere in the country.
If you had a lens into the future, where do you think Occupiers will be most focused in 2025?
In the wake of remote working at a massive scale in 2021 and the growing employee demand for a variable workplace model, the future will see Occupiers focused on how to impact and increase employee productivity in the office.
