Elli Khafizov acquired his real estate license during his college tenure. After graduating from Binghamton University with a degree in Economics, he immediately joined the Epic team and fell in love with the business. He is passionate about every deal he comes across, and works closely with his clientele to ensure that both sides of the deal leave happy. With time, he hopes to build close relationships with the players in the industry and to guarantee success for all investors who he brokers with. Born in Russia, Mr. Khafizov grew up in Queens and loves the City of New York. Having been working in sales since the age of sixteen, he has developed an understanding in the art of sales, networking, and extensive research. He studies properties wherever he goes and plans to thrive in his home city, while bringing along anyone he has the pleasure to work with.
