David Dolan joined Newmark’s Capital Markets Philadelphia group in 2013 as a senior managing director. Mr. Dolan specializes in providing capital market assistance to the firm’s clients including Investment Sales and Valuation and Strategic Consulting. Working jointly with the firms top Debt and Structured Finance team in New York City allows Mr.Dolan the enhanced ability to provide his clients with debt and equity solutions and capital for all commercial asset classes. A 36-year industry veteran, Mr. Dolan has executed billions of dollars in capital market transactions through his career.
Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Dolan held many leadership positions in other international brokerage firms, as well as private equity and development companies. This experience, combined with his track record through numerous economic cycles, provides Mr. Dolan a unique and exceptional skill set in order to evaluate and execute the client’s goals.
