Dan Benassi co-founded Entre Commercial Realty LLC in 2006 after several years in the commercial real estate industry. The company prides itself on providing an entrepreneurial and aggressive approach, much like most of their clients’ businesses. Entre provides real estate advisory services such as sales/leasing brokerage, build-to-suits, valuation analysis, investment sales and property/asset management. Dan is also a co-founder of Iris Construction Services LLC which is a full-service commercial construction company and Entre Property Management LLC which is a full-service third-party property management firm. Previously, Dan spent 7 years with Paine/Wetzel Associates, a Chicago-based industrial real estate brokerage firm, where he was a lead member of the company’s Northwest Market Team.
