Connor leads a group of local and regional experts dedicated to all aspects of Life Sciences. He is experienced in complicated, specialized uses, focused on advising Life Science users and developers in complex office, R&D and cGMP requirements. Connor’s holistic and detailed approach have enabled he and his team to work with many of the areas fast growing startup companies as well as some of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. His attention to detail and extensive knowledge of the Life Sciences space allows him to provide advisory services to both small scale firms and global pharmaceutical companies. Connor and his team leverage this varied and extensive experience to their client’s benefit. Connor was the lead advisor on Takeda Pharmaceutical’s 600,000 square feet of R&D and office space to be built at 585 Kendall Street in Kendall Square. The new space will feature modern design, upgraded technology and support Takeda’s efforts to redefine their future of work. The Takeda transaction was the second largest life sciences deal in Cambridge history and the largest in the BioMed/Blackstone Life Science portfolio.
