A native of Cannes, France, Charlotte was introduced to the world of commercial real estate while scouting retail spaces for the expansion of her photography gallery at the time into the New York City market. In the process, Charlotte noticed the dynamic and client-driven nature of the commercial real estate market, ultimately selling her gallery and quickly achieving her goal of becoming a full-time commercial real estate broker in 2013.
She started her career in a boutique firm that specializes in high-end retail leasing, learning the ins and outs of commercial real estate transactions. Charlotte then focused on working with investors and owners at the highest end of New York City’s luxury residential market as part of the Daniela Kunen Team at Douglas Elliman.
In 2018, Charlotte returned to the commercial real estate world, joining former colleague David Baker at Baker New York.
