Braden is an Office & Industrial specialist in the firm’s Orlando office. As an investment specialist, Braden exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout Florida. He joined the Team from UBS where he worked as a Financial Analyst.
Braden graduated from the University of Rochester’s, Simon Business School with a Master’s Degree in Finance. He attended graduate school on a full scholarship after demonstrating his commitment to academic excellence at the Florida State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Braden brings sound financial knowledge and analysis to the team and is committed to serving his clients. His enthusiasm for commercial real estate combined with his passion for technology ensures maximum efficiency and exposure.
Braden is from Orlando and has built many professional local contacts during his time here. He spends his time out of the office playing golf and fishing on the Conway Chain of Lakes near downtown Orlando.
