About
Benjamin (Ben) Cleveland is an Executive Vice President with Stream Realty Partners’ Chicago office. Specializing in agency leasing, Ben has represented some of Chicago’s most recognizable assets in the central business district and surrounding submarket. His past and current clients include top owners and REITS in the Chicago market including The Feil Organization, ONNI Group, Vornado, Spear Street Capital, Thor Equities, TIER REIT, Accesso Partners, SLATE, and The Federal Reserve Bank.
Prior to joining Stream, Ben was a member of the Chicago Cushman & Wakefield team and joined the firm as part of their acquisition of J.F. McKinney & Associates. Ben began his career in commercial real estate with the formerly UGL Equis, now part of Cushman & Wakefield. Ben is a perennial top 25 producer and was recognized in 2020 with NAIOP’s Office Transaction of the Year for downtown Chicago.
Ben, originally hailing from Wisconsin, is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business. He and his wife, Noa, their two daughters, Sophia and Josephine and dog Kaya reside in Winnetka. Ben is a long-time hockey player and fanatic and loves to cook.
